PATMOS EYE
In collaboration with Patmos Eye Boutique Hotel & Villas in the Greek island of Patmos, Hepta Jewellery was invited to create an exclusive series of jewellery that embodies the hotel’s architectural and symbolic identity.
The goal of the project was to design a refined collection inspired by four key elements: the facade of the hotel, their exclusive cotto motif, the hotel’s emblematic logo and the name “Patmos Eye” itself.
The creative journey began with a close study of the hotel’s visual and architectural language. The facade, designed by architect Efie Papaioannou, became the foundation for the structural elements in one of the bracelets and the ring. Clean lines and spatial rhythm were echoed in minimal forms. The logo, rich with symbolic curves, inspired another ring that reflects its identity with subtlety and sophistication. The cotto motif, both soft and symmetrical, was translated into refined earring and pendant designs that feel organic yet architectural. Finally, the name “Patmos Eye” was approached as a concept, interpreted through circular forms, positive and negative space. Each design was modeled with precision to ensure clarity of form and meaning. The final pieces were produced in sterling silver and finished with either gold or platinum plating, Every item is a tribute to the unique story of Patmos Eye, blending art, design, tradition and memory into timeless adornments available exclusively at the hotel’s boutique.
