RETURN POLICY

We ensure that every piece is sent in perfect condition.
If however you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may setup a return within 14 days from the date you received your item. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
Special orders are non-returnable.
Regular orders must:
a) Be in new and unused condition, in their original packaging
b) Have a return authorization number (RAN)
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges so we strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to mail your return.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please fill the form in the bottom of this page. We will review your request and if everything is in order we will send you a return authorization number. After receiving a RAN number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process this. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the item(s) ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
