• At Hepta Jewellery we do not have stock items. We start crafting each piece at the time of the order so you can expect up to 5-10 full business days for your item(s) to be produced.
  
   

• You are strongly recommended to double check that your shipping address is correct before placing an order. For reasons of safety never use a PO Box.
  
   

• All orders are shipped through Hellenic Post (ELTA) as first priority registered mail, unless stated otherwise.
  
   

• After we ship your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you providing the shipping tracking code
  
   

• You can expect to receive your order within 2-4 business days within Greece and 5-12 business days for the rest of the world. Please allow extra time for delivery around the holidays.
  
   

• Duties and taxes are calculated based on the item(s) ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
  
   

• Hepta jewellery shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, postal items lost, stolen or damaged in the post, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control.
  It is the customers responsibility to file any claims with ELTA for any damaged or missing packages or any packages delivered to a wrong address. On a case by case basis, Hepta Jewellery might assist you on your claim by providing information and/or proof of necessary items.
